See if Hypertherm have a customer relations department. I bet that magically the dealers mail box is not full when he gets a call from them.

I had issues with my internet security software and the local support here were absolutely incompetant, so I found the number for the customer relations department in Russia. Next day I recieved an email from the head CR lady, apologising for what I'd experienced, plus an email and a solution from the local support people here. The local idiots also said I didn't have to go to CR and I could just sort it out with them, despite me having tried 3 times already.

Hopefully Hypertherm will be quick to contact this dealer, they seem to have a great reputation for customer support.
