Hypertherm 600. was cutting out a welcome sign. plasma cut off, no lights no air no power. plugged my welder in, fired right up. called hypertherm. they gave me the number to my local (60miles away) service repairman. called him. went to voicemail. mailbox is full
See if Hypertherm have a customer relations department. I bet that magically the dealers mail box is not full when he gets a call from them.
I had issues with my internet security software and the local support here were absolutely incompetant, so I found the number for the customer relations department in Russia. Next day I recieved an email from the head CR lady, apologising for what I'd experienced, plus an email and a solution from the local support people here. The local idiots also said I didn't have to go to CR and I could just sort it out with them, despite me having tried 3 times already.
Hopefully Hypertherm will be quick to contact this dealer, they seem to have a great reputation for customer support.
