Good Day
I have some NC files for Plasma and Router Cut profiles.
Would like to import and save as DXF profiles

That may be interesting as you want to go backward in the process. I see a possible problem as the NC file creation will introduce optional components in the file. Like different g-code elements or functions that are not in a TAP file. I am not saying it cannot be done but will these things effect the end produce, ie the DXF file not being dimensionally correct. I would do some testing with a known DXF file run through a program to generate a NC file and the through the reverse process to check its results. There controller software the will except either type of file and work fine.
