Hey Guys you all are great at helping me out so I want to thank everyone now, Thank you all for all the info you provide me. Now my question, do these consumables look worn out?? my THC started going crazy like raising way up and not coming down I put new consumables in and Back to Normal cutting.. here is a sample of my project. Thanks again guys.

Those look like they should be replaced soon but certainly not completely worn out yet. I am guessing something else is the problem but at least its working.

well on a positive note I changed consumables and have almost cut a 48"x 96" sheet of A.R. 500 into small targets with the same Set of consumables, tweeked my speed just a little and keep my thc voltage around 97 or 98 before I was blowing through them like candy..
