I realized today that my +5 light on the PWM sensor wasn't working. I thought this meant that my Cat-5 cord was maybe not working properly, so I replaced the cord. Lo and behold, the +5 light still didn't come on, even with power. I took the PWM sensor off of the machine, and pushed the button on the back that would activate the "test active" light, only to find that the light didn't activate.
I have power and air hooked up to the machine, so I don't believe that is the problem.

Bad led? Can you measure the 5v with a meter to confirm if it is there or not?

Hey there!
Are you experiencing any cut issues? If so it could be something related to that light not being illuminated. That +5 light should be on but it is quite possible that it burnt out.
If you would like you can reach out to us via email at:
