When I get my fiber laser table set up, this is just one of the areas where I will be able to produce awesome results. Two or three months to go ....

I haven’t tried the new bird file but this is the one I finally got to cut,
Arclight tables are junk and tech support is a joke so been down more then I’ve been up.

I’m not sure how to make the items the same size so it’s a tape measure and cut old school, so they are almost to the size I need.

Great learning piece and way over my skill level but the car guys are allready impressed and above their expectations.

I sure as hell couldn’t do it with the help from you guys.

You are having great success! If you measure one of your finished parts, and know what the overall size is that you actually want, then you can simply scale your file to the correct size. If you post your svg or dxf file and tell me the actual size you want, I will show you how to scale it to the correct size so it will cut at the size you want. Then no more "trial and error".

Do you have one of the older Arclight Dynamics that has the optional auto tracer attachment?
Or do you have a newer table after the company was under new ownership?

Picked the table up in August, was supposed to be set up per the 15 year sales guy Keith, got there and noting was done, new first time trainer showed me the basics and a week later the computer had issues, the tech guy disappeared and took 3 months to get back I touch and of course is was out of the warranty time, just received number 3 of the computer and wiring. But can’t get answers from tech and they have to run it by IT dept.

Now they told me since I’m voicing my opinion and posting publicly they won’t help me, I’ve posted the issues on their tech facebook page but they block me and deleted the posts.

Thanks for babysitting, I wish I started this adventure at a younger age so it was easier to retain and my hard drive wasn’t full.

Had to redraw the file for Filthies since the last one disappeared when the computer on the Arclight table crashed for the 3rd time.

At least it’s making me do things over and over again so it’s great for learning.

Now the Company refuses to stand behind their product since I post on social media.

I will try the new files when I get the THC figured out, seems to be a big issue with the Arclight software.

Thanks fellas for the help.

OK. Thanks for your replies. Let us know if you want to learn how to scale it with your software so you only need to do it once without all of the "trial and error".

This was one welded together from the odd ball pieces, now I have the pieces all dialed in time to get them nested and sized correctly so they go together good.

This was me spray painting and using the kids paints to give the guys an idea.
