LDR Motion Systems Tube Cutting Machine Issues

Post by Braxton_Bargmann »

We've got an LDR tube cutting machine at work here where I'm the main operator. My computer recently had an update, to which it put the CAM software (Fabrimaster) back into demo mode by referencing the wrong license key I assume. Has anyone else ran into this?

Outside of this issue there has been numerous small issues that hindered flexibility and efficiency that I have found solutions to if anyone else running this machine has had any problems I would love to hear them and what the solution was.

We have the 6" x 6" x 24' machine with scribe and water functionality.

Have you contacted LDR tech support?

David -

LDR Motion Systems unfortunately burnt down a couple years ago now along with all of the files, documentation, hardware, and notes.

Can you contact the software manufacturer directly?

I am sure contacting Fabrimaster can get your software back up and operational. As for the equipment there are some others here with that setup who hopefully will chime in.

I have tried to find any contact information available for TCS Fabrimaster with no luck as I can't get access to their website due to security issues.

Does anyone on here have a contact for TCS by chance?

Awesome! Are you able to give a quick summary of what fixed it in case someone else has a similar issue in the future?

It was the software referencing the wrong license within the code in my computer.
