It is never a good idea to post your email address in the correct format on a public forum. It is not that the users HERE are a problem, however, web crawlers LOOK for valid email addresses and add them to SPAM lists.

It is better to post your email address as

ralph(dot)fcr(at)gmail(dot)com

Humans can read it, and if they have any intelligence at all, they will be able to type it into an email correctly. However, the web crawlers do not "see" this as an email address.
