I did think about that control THC setting I assumed it was to permanently have the THC switched on regardless on the thc on switch on the run screen. In my case I want the THC off but UCCNC respect the arc ok light.

Nice job Mick! Since you don't have Design Edge to use for linking, you could also buy a copy of LightBurn for $60. You can get a 30 free trial to try it out. If you import your dxf into LightBurn and then export as dxf, it will automatically link your file the same way Design Edge does.
