It looks like you have enough space on the din rail to spread the drives out some, and maybe you could add a crossflow fan to the left side of the box to provide some cooling.

Nah, I had a look, I should be able to orient them side by side so the heat rises up and away instead of heating another drive...
And then I can add a fan right on top as per the manufacturer's recommendation if it happens again.
