I don't know if I changed a setting or what? when I run a new code on my plasma table (mach) the torch touches off, pierces and goes to the .060 cut height. but it stays locked there no matter the volts. If I run an older code it runs fine though.
Is there a setting somewhere?

Re: G code issue
Look at the top lines of the 2 G-codes and see if you are using the same pot processor.
Look down the G-code and see if you have S10 after the pierce (turn off DTHC), S20 turns it back on.

Re: G code issue
I see now the GO4 is a dwell
I changed my lead ins and outs from tangent(which I just started using) to arc and it ran fine

Re: G code issue
That is really strange. I can't see how tangent leadins would affect the THC.

Re: G code issue
For the auto DTHC to turn on, the pierce height has to be (somewhat) higher than the cut height. If it does not turn on your Z goes nowhere after it hits cut height (.060)kbenz wrote:I don't know if I changed a setting or what? when I run a new code on my plasma table (mach) the torch touches off, pierces and goes to the .060 cut height. but it stays locked there no matter the volts.
