Sheetcam Tools
Ok I have lost my tool settings for my plasma. I found an old post that said they are available on the sheetcam download page. But that was an old post. Is there a place to get them? Thanks

Re: Sheetcam Tools
By lost them do you mean you do not see a box labeled TOOLs on the screen or the box has nothing in it.
Have you tried clicking on the file drop down and down at the bottom is load default tool sets. Or you can recreate them by clicking on the TOOLS drop down and redoing them there.
By the way SheetCam just sent out and new update so when you start SheetCam it will download it and run it on your system.

Re: Sheetcam Tools
No I had to reload due to a computer issue. So I don't have my original toolset. I have some that are just saying kerf size. I used to have the tools by thickness that was on my original setup.

Re: Sheetcam Tools
I you open a recent saved sheetcam job file, that should load the toolset you used for that job, then just save toolset as default.

Re: Sheetcam Tools
Can you search your old hard drive for a ".tools" file? That is your toolset file.
Once you are set up you should go to File/Save Toolset and save that file somewhere on a thumb drive etc for back up.

Re: Sheetcam Tools
these are hypertherm toolsets for sheetcam
this forum won't let me upload .tools files
YOU WILL HAVE TO RENAME THE FILES BEFORE USING THEM
i renamed each file by adding .dxf to the end: HyperTherm-45_PlasmaTools.tools becomes HyperTherm-45_PlasmaTools.tools.dxf
you have to remove the .dxf on the end
they are massive 6k files

Re: Sheetcam Tools
I had that happen and was able to go back to a date that everything was right and do a computer restore to a specified date. It worked perfectly.

Re: Sheetcam Tools
If you put them in a .zip file you can upload, but your way was quite creative.!!1this forum won't let me upload .tools files
