Powder Coating Galvanized Steel
Does anyone know if you can powder coat hot-dipped galvanized steel?

Yes you can. Our powdercoater has done it for us several times. I've even seen them coat light bulbs, believe it or not. These people powdercoat all kinds of stuff. They even coat plywood, providing it has the high temp glue in it.

i believe they wash or etch the galvanized part to degas it
or somthing. But i have it it done a few times, also make
sure you clean up the rough bits first as they wont bother
to do it.
