DXF toCMX

How do you change a DXF file to a CMX that can be worked with in CD x3?
5x10 table,Precision plasma gantry,Cand CNC electronics,Hypertherm 65 plasma,King lathe and mill,255 lincoln mig welder.Dawson Creek BC. Much modified Fastcut 4x8 plasma table with Ethercut

You should be able to directly IMPORT the DXF file into CD3. Then you should be able to export it into whatever format you wish.
