plasma cam error

I need some help. Today while cutting the machine started acting sketchy. It will cut for a while two three cuts maybe. The i get a cutting signal lost message (may no be the same verbage). I have a good ground and new consumables. If i initialize the machine i will do a few more cuts before giving me the error again. Plasma cam dhc2 and ht 1250

Check the control cable connections to your 1250's board for looseness. Check it for continuity end-to-end from the two trigger wires and the clamp (+/thick black wire) to the miniDIN connector which goes into the controller. There are five pins in this connector. One is nor used; the other one should show a 680 kOhm resistance against the remaining board connector (-/thick red wire). Finally, there should be 33 kOhm -or so- between the two arc voltage wires.
