Hey all.
Needed some information. Have an existing plasma cutting system with Cutmaster 81 & a Thermal Dynamics SC-11 Torch Height Control. Now want to upgrade to Powermax 1650. Is it possible to connect the Powermax 1650 to the SC-11. Will these two match?

Not real sure what an SC11 height control is....maybe you can provide more details. The interface pinout on the T-D units and Hypertherm units are the same.....use the same pins for start signal and the same pins for the arc transfered signal...as well as the same type of plug.
Most height control systems have to use the Raw arc voltage for feedback....and this connection can be accessed on the main board inside the 1650.
If you provide more info regarding your machine, your CNC and the height control...I'd be happy to help out.
