PM85 short life consumable

hi all, i am new dealing with plasma cutters and i got a plasmacam , powermax85 , when i started cutting a few parts with ,the nozzle getting tapping at the top like in the photo . i follow the instructions how to keep them as long as possible with the manual of the hypertherm and apply all the parameters in (Cut speed ,Height for pierce ,Time spent piercing hole ), i read a lot of topic posted by (jimcolt) how to done the best with your cutter . and for drying the air , in fact i use just the air filter as the Weather is cool nowadays , i attached i photo to show you how i adjusted the shield as plasmacam says ( maybe it is the reason ) ,
