Open DXF files help

What would be a good download to open the DXF files here? I subscribed to the DXF section but need to download a viewer/converter compatible with Windows Vista. I plan to print on transparencies and then use an overhead projector to resize the images.I can see the thumbprint photos but cannot download or export the files. So far have not been able to open the DXF files. THX ED

One way would be to download a free cad program. Here is a link to one from Solidworks.

Have downloaded the free trial of Corel, just need to find a program to download the DXF.

Have downloaded the free trial of Corel, just need to find a program to download the DXF.

In Corel you you can use the import function to open a DFX file.
