Deltacad Question

I was wondering why when i add text to a object in delta cad then save it as a dxf why wont the text show up in sheetcam?

In the meantime, I've been using Deskengrave to create a .dxf of text, and using that in my deltacad drawings.

Yeah i have a program that converts text to dxf file so i just use that then import the text into deltacad and go from there. I would also like to know how to open more than one dxf file on the same page so i can combine different drawing together.
I assume it has to do with layers but cant figure it out, I can open more than one file but cant get them on the same page but i am just getting started with cad.

If you open both files while in one Deltacad setting you can select-then-copy one drawing and paste in the other drawing. First, set a temporary point at X0Y0 in your second drawing. Then select the whole drawing, including the temp point, and set your selection 'base point' in the same location as your temp point (otherwise the center of your drawing will be selected by default). Then copy the selection and paste into the first drawing at X0Y0.
