I posses a cutting plasma Hypertherm 3070. I want to change with an hypertherm HPR260. Can I use the Hypertherm3070 Gas consoll and HFR(frequenze) consoll to my hypertherm HPR260 ?????

No...the HPR260 is a competely different system design as compared to the HD3070. The gas consoles are of totally different technology and will not communicate with the rest of the systems. You need a complete HPR260....Power supply, gas console, high frequency, valve cluster, torch, etc.
The 3070 uses a motor-valve gas flow control...the HPR260 uses a pulse width modulated gas flow control.
