I am needing a quote from someone that can make this a cut ready file for me

Whew! It CAN be made into a cut ready file, but it really should be multi-layered, and VERY LARGE, because of the fine detail that would otherwise be lost.

What are the X and Y dimensions of the finished sign?

If that were my project, I would find someone who can cut it with a laser if I needed to remain in the smaller sizes.

This entire thing would need to be HAND DRAWN to get it right. The image you posted is (sorry to say) a low resolution, crappy jpg raster image that is almost completely useless.

Thanks everyone, That was what i was thinking as well. I am going to send this customer to a shop that has laser capability. After talking with customer he wanted it to be cut on a piece 20" tall and 32" wide. And of course i wasn't paying attention the rules where it has 3 places to get quotes from. I sincerely apologize for that. thanks adbuch for pointing that out. Hope you all have a wonderful day and keep up the good work.
