Welcome Joe! "Chinesium plasma" LOL that doesn't sound great... How far have you gotten with it so far? Does it move around? Does it cut a part?

Joe - welcome to the forum! What drawing software are you using to create the files for the parts you are cutting?

You are correct, Chinesium isn't that great. I'm actually going to use this thing to make a little money and resell it and upgrade. If anyone has any suggestions for an entry level unit I'm all ears. I will be keeping the Huawei Hi Cut 80 plasma cutter and selling the table.

Right now I'm using the parts library on the Chinese controller (SF-2100CT). The software that came with the table won't even run on Windows 11. I'd love to hear suggestions on software as well. If I can't use it with this controller that's ok, I will eventually use it when I upgrade. The parts library will get me rolling with my deck railing business.

I hear very good things about the Langmuir plasma tables. Some of then you could consider "entry level". If your controller can import vector files (dxf, svg, etc.) then Inkscape is a good program (free) for drawing artistic pieces. Maybe Fusion 360 for the more mechanical parts.
