newby question
Good morning! I recently purchased a used spark robotic XR84 table and Im pretty happy with it. I had a quick question about indicating corners of a sheet on the table if its not square to the machine using myplasm thanks

You should be able to measure from the metals edge and the rail you want to be parallel to, so both ends are the same distance from the rail.

yes thats what ive been doing I was more so looking for an option if i load a heavy plate on the machine and im by myself it would be helpful to indicate each corner with the torch.

I made up physical stops on my table and bump the material into them. If it's heavy material and I am by myself a pry bar is all I need to shimmy the material to the stops.

Myplasm doesn't have any type of skew adjustment that I know of. You have to square the plate manually.

The other question is: why do you need the perfectly square to the rails ? If you are trying to use the edge of the material as one edge of a part, you are in for some headaches.Even cutting real close to an edge (or any void ) will cause problems with a THC
