Welcome to the forum! I tried a demo version of the Enroute software and it is a pretty neat drawing package. It's too bad they don't offer a perpetual license version for a one-time payment.

There are some firepit files right here at Plasmaspider. Do a search for "fire pit". Otherwise - you could purchase files on Etsy and other internet sources. What sort of recommendations are you looking for? Size, ease of assembly, or ??

There have been 2 basic designs posted here. One being the tab and slot construction used for the portable type, put together when you want to use if, break down for storage. Many of these are in a box shape for easy assembly. The other is the welded together type with sloped sides and less portable. These are a little more complex as the angles will change do to number of side and slope of the design. As far as the art work goes you can remove and replace that part very easily in the planning stages of the project. Once you have the basic design you can just change the size of the components for smaller or larger pits. Both types can be found here in past posts.

Here is an example showing how to draw one of the welded fire pits using Fusion 360. Click on the link to see the slide show with step-by-step instructions.

If you are interested, I will look for the actual finished dxf file to share with you.
