Starfire CnN cutting while scratching plate

I greet you all, this is the best forum that has feed me professionally for a long time and if l failed to appreciate all the individual contributions,to just know it's becouse l didnt want to flood this space with my thankful messages.my topic is similar to one l have been digging but l didn't got the solution. I attach the image of the THC. Sometimes it just move up while cutting, but when l played with knobs .the nozzle cuts well but scratching the plat, can any body send me a screenshot of his settings. Or give me a solution.thanks

81 volts ?????
Most plasma charts I see, the lowest is IIRC 125 volts or so.
