I found the same one that Plasmanewbie did.
here are a few others that are not in a pre determined frame size, and could easily be modified into whatever frame size that you require

Also, I see those at our local ornamantal iron suppliers stores
You should be able to purcase something like that there.
Most have catalogues that can probably get you the exact ones as you have depicted.
And they might even be cheaper than the materials to make something similar.
They are typically cast aluminum or pot metal with weld nuts cast aat strategic locations in teh part for fastening. But honestly the CNC cut ones are way nicer IMO!
I removed my aniquated ones and replaced with CNC parts
