Attached is a Jeep Keyholder design. The most difficult part is bending the bottom tabs into the keyholder design.

Thanks for converting the svg to dxf. I opened you dxf with Inkscape and it looks fine.

i found the best way to bend the tabs is clamp them in a vise with a small pipe and bend around the pipe

I do a similar system but use flat stock the thickness needed then I sandwich the key holder in between it and the edge of the welding table. Get out the hammer and bop away, getting both bends without having to retool.

The problem in bending is creating the compound bend (see circled area in pic) that provides a key-ring standoff which keeps the keys from rubbing against the wall leaving scratches.

Dbrub2 - I do like your idea for the keyholder. I was thinking about using the same approach for a Porsche keyholder. This is what I have come up with so far. I need to get rid of some of the smaller details to make it more "cut friendly".

Your bending process is the approach I use and the first two bends are pretty simple but holding the rod while forming the circular bend and having all 5 circles match was more time consuming than I wanted. Finally machined a couple aluminum blocks with circular cutout that held rod against welding table and when clamped down allowed me to bend the circle.

Your mod to make a Porsche key holder is great. Maybe we should make a blank and others can add the vehicle of choice!
