torchmate 3 signal generator problems

I have a Torchmate 3 when trying to start the cut program i get Torchmate 3 \startyupiniis damaged and cannot be used, Tried my laptop and it will not connect to signal generator Talked to Torchmate and they said my signal generator is bad seems like two different problems to me. any suggestion's

There are many possible reasons why your other laptop may not connect to your signal generator, it's not likely a plug and play type device like a mouse or keyboard would be. Torchmate 3 signal gens have been known to fail so if they said that was your issue I would suspect that it is unfortunately. Let us know what you find out.
