We started bridge machining 100% of our frames last year. The result is true parallelism of the frame. Which will give our customers the best and straightest cuts with the longest bearing life possible. From 4x4-12x50 machines in accuracy not known by this market segment. Our newest capability is machining 13'x60'.

Thank you Marty. Basically we are cutting the frames so they are straight and true. Something unique in the industry with top industrial quality at an entry level price.

Back in the day (89-93) I was in the usaf as an aircraft metals technology specialist and it was all manual machining. If I had produced sparks like that while cutting I'd likely have hit the E stop immediately and the floor right after. Machining technology has sure advanced. I didn't know this bridge milling was a thing so thanks for the video. Concerning the table it does appear to be high quality indeed.

You and Kronos Robotics are the only 2 companies I know that do this

I slotted my rail mounting bracket's to allow for up / down - in /out movement then pulled wire to run my dial indicator against. I ended up at the + / - 0.003 in a 15' run..

Very impressive! Any company that does this for a plasma table in that price range you can bet puts that kind of love in other aspects of the machine as well
