I have bought a go torch z2 cnc cutting table through the company LOGISTICS GLOBAL CARGO. INC, when I decided to start it up I realized that the box where the edgedesing software activation code came from was lost, I will send you attached documentation and proof that I am the first and only owner of this machine and you will be able to verify that no has never been registered in the software activation process. I need the code to activate the software.

You will need to get the seller to sign a Transfer of Ownership form, assuming they were the legally registered owner of the table. Then submit this form to Plasmacam and they will activate your Design Edge software enabling any software upgrades attached to the software license. If you can't get the original registered owner to provide the Transfer of Ownership form, then I am afraid you would be out of luck as Plasmacam will not offer any support until you get the table ownership into your name.
