I may have a cut issue

Hi guy's
Can someone help this old guy out and look at this file and see if it will cut properly i'm worried about the washer guy isn't going to cut correctly and possibly fall out,any help is greatly appreciated.

The inner part is going to fall out. It will also fall into multiple pieces. You need to add bridges to support it. I think it would be best to simplify the man. For instance the outline of his body is made of two outlines. Change that to one outline and add some gaps to hold everything together.

Thanks, I kind of figured that was what was going to happen I will change it and see what happens

You will need to modify the parts of the man to prevent them from falling out. You could add some creative bridges as Les has suggested, or perhaps consider doing this as a layered sign where the man and sprayer are cut as a separate piece and attached to the sign after painting.

You could use a layered approach as shown below. I would recommend using an Easy Scriber or equivalent to engrave the outline where the individual parts will be attached. This is a method which allows you to remove your torch consumables and insert the Easy Scriber in place of the consumables and then scribe (engrave) instead of cutting. This will make it easy to attach the small parts in the proper locations after cutting and painting.

Just a suggestion that has worked out well for me...

I got sick of people asking me to cut super fine details with a plasma cutter so I bought a vinyl cutter. I spent about $450 on a 28" cutter then about $300 on a big sample pack of a bunch of colors and now when people ask me to put very fine details on a sign, I just tell them how it's going to look and give them the option of doing vinyl instead. Plus I've found so many other uses for it and it's paid for itself in the first year with yard signs alone!

I don't have to worry about bridging for dropouts like this now...
