Stepper motor pinion/spur gear

Post by wickedracer »

Just picked up a 5 x 10 table used and it is missing a pinion gear on one of the y axis stepper motors. It has a 7.95mm bore and 12 teeth and is approximately 1inch wide total and 17.66mm in dia across the teeth. Where would I get something like that? I have searched all over. It is an AAS Raptor table so no parts from them. Thanks

Google YA12. That's the Boston gear part number. Dimensions seem to match.

Here's one on Amazon.

C&CNC EtherCut
Mach3, SheetCam, Draftsight
Hypertherm PM65
Oxy/Acetylene Flame Torch
Pneumatic Plate Marker, Ohmic, 10 inch Rotary Chuck (in progress)

I think you bought a great looking table at a great price! Please keep us posted as you bring it back to life.
