Wright CNC tech

Hey everyone, I'm new ro this place. I just recently started working at a shop that has a Wright CNC plasma cutter and it went down. For whatever reason the rep for Wright CNC keeps giving me the runaround to get his tech to my shop. Deos anyone know a CNC tech in the Las Vegas area that wants to make some extra money. Any information would help.
