Torch dives ( goes down ) after cut

Hi, i am new here and this is my first post. I got my chineese plasma a week ago and i am still struggling with the machine.Here is my problem:

After first cut is finished, the torch dives, the arc voltage
increases and the height control lowers the torch in an attempt
to correct the high voltage.After this ussualy shows error
"Collision" or "High arc voltage"
and this is happenning always, on every cut.
I tried to cut with no Leadout and it happens again, i reduced "Time between close thc and close arc" in cotroller settings but still nothing changes.
Controller is cc-s4c, thc is XPTHC-400-PT , plasma cutter is LGK-120A.I have attached pictures from my controller settings.
Any suggestions where the problem might be ?

Is the torch still on or has the arc extinguished?
