Hello,
Been seeing an advertisement for an Eagle on Facebook. When he holds it up and move it. It seems to move. I thought it was made from aluminum, and they used a grinder to make waving marks. Than painted with a transparent type of paint. I tried, purchase some paint and it looks alright, but nothing like they have. Any know the (How To) for this type of painting?

I think it's metal dye.

I use a FLAT flap wheel to get the desired swirls and then use bumper paint with automotive clear coat or Bill Worden's dyes with clear powdercoat or automotive clear coat. It'll turn out the same as the eagle.

Thanks guys. The clear coat makes sense. I did the flapper wheel. Need to work on my pattern I guess.

A FLAT flap wheel makes it simple.
