Hello Everyone,
I own a trucut system and recently found out they went out of business. There was no warning...no letter, nothing. So I am sure there are a few of you out there.
I am hoping someone can send me a picture of the inside of their mach 4 control box. I purchased a upgrade before they closed, since I was told my machine that had only about 40hrs of cut time or so was now obsolete. So I paid for the upgrade and received no instructions of how the wires install. It is not plug and play, the old wires used a connector and the new ones do not.
I am hoping someone can help me out on this forum, with a diagram to where the wires go, and in time I can be able to help someone else.
Thank you, Randy

Welcome to the site. Well that's a bummer, I wish I could help but I have no experience with your setup, hopefully someone else with Mach or TruCut experience will chime in. Good luck

Maybe if you describe what the upgrade is to do it may give others an idea where you need help. Many here use Mach and there are Tru Cut users (I am not one) I have sent you a PM from here of where you may get help.

Ok these are a guess the dell box is a new computer, most likely has the requires software installed. The larger box mostlikeley your controller to interface between the computer and table. The other box may be for a display and simple moving of the axis buttons. the plastic bag looks like you mouse, yellow cable connection between the computer and the controller box. And a wall wart for power to the computer. May be just a plug and play the components together that need to be connected in the correct way.

Re: tru cut owner
Thank you for the replies.
My old set up is similar to this. Although my old had box had plugs... where as the new one requires me to cut the plugs off old and use the wires to individually wire the unit x y z etc. I have no diagrams to where the wires are supposed to go. So I am actually looking for a wiring diagram or a picture of the inside of someone else's box so I can wire it correctly.

I understand, many of the motors are 4 wire, they are A+, A-, B+, and B-. If you look inside both boxes and they have the same drivers it should be straight forward as to wiring of the original plugs for each axis. you could skin the original motor wires to see which pin is going to what driver output pins, NOW DO NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK YOU INTO SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING.

Do you still have your Turecut cnc or did you move on to a better machine. I am having trouble with mine as well.
