Flash Cut

Hello,
I recently bought a new CNC plasma table and it come with FlashCut software. Have been loading different files and having no issues, they are DXF. When I download a pic from online to my pc, then load into FlashCut sometimes it doesn't work properly.
For example:
Load the pic, do what I have to in CAD, CAM, then when there are no issues I proceed to CNC. It may start out fine, but will come to different pierce points and pierce but not move, have to stop it. I think it may have something to do with the Toolpath??? If run through CAD, use the Fix Drawing Tool and it shows no issues, but then the issue still occurs.
Is there a way to check the tool path? Should I create my own tool path?? which I haven't done.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
