Hello,
I am using a Proma THC with Hypertherm 65 to cut 14ga steel with fine cut consumables.
Currently, I have all the settings to entered to match the Hypertherm manual.
The cuts are not all the way through the metal. Any feedback on your settings with the same setup?

You may need to run tests to find the actual voltages that work for your setup, I have used 3 different THC units and only one matched the Hyperther book setting. Here is a video showing how to run the tests to get the correct voltage for your setup.
