I am doing my first large outdoor sign. The front layer is gonna be stainless steel but behind that is gonna be a powder coated piece. My question is for longevity should the powdered piece be stainless steel or just regular steel? does it matter either way?
Thanks

Re: Out door sign
The powder coat will protect regular steel just fine if the steel is clean, rust free, and prepared properly before coating it. Would love to see a pic when it done!
