Auto fusion 360 constraint countour linking error help

Post by Pigeonforgeutvrentals »

I recently got the crossfire CNC table. I love it. Anyone having trouble doing inside and outside constraints or countours in auto fusion 360. Even zooming in they only are sometimes able to put the arrows inside or outside. Seems to be fine lines thanks for anyone’s help. It will omit the fine lines and give me a warning saying linking error and won’t draw those lines

You may be having a problem if the lines are not closed, with SheetCam you get an error, but you can use the "cut on the line" for open lines. Don't know if its the same with Fusion 360. Again with SheetCam I can check for open lines by trying to move the start point, open lines you cannot move the start from one end of the other. Close line you can move the start anywhere along a closed line.

I have found that things like that happen when I am not clicking in the correct location to achieve what I want. I would help if you would upload the file.
