You can download version 4 or 4.5 off the Torchmate website.
Back up the other files to usb or dropbox and load them once the new software is installed.

Re: How do I change to a new computer
which files do you replace on the new computer? The lady I talked to twice at Torchmate so far today has no clue what I am even talking about.
I am using the older torchmate 3 set up. I transfered the 3 files from my old computer to a hard drive. One is the Torchmate driver folder which I already used to update my driver. To get my set ups tranfered over though I don't remember which folder to replace (I did it several years ago with the help of a Torchmate customer service person). I have the folders Torchmate Data and the Torchmate 3 folder from Program Files (x86). Do I replace them all or just some or........? Any help would be appreciated

Setup: C:\Torchmate Data\Torchmate 4\Setup\Torchmate2x4Plasma.STP
This is your setup file. Save that file to replace the default file when you install the software in your new computer. You should probably name it something else so you don't get it confused
Download the software from here
https://torchmate.com/driver-software-downloads
In each software, the last item in the menu should be help or about. That will tell you the version you are currently using.

Re: How do I change to a new computer
I am kind of doing the same thing here. I sent one of my old pc’s to be upgraded and it had the 2x4 setup files on it and worked just fine. In the mean time I brought out my old laptop but it only has the 2x2 setup file on it. I upgraded from 2x2 to 2x4 years ago but never put the 2x4 set up file on my old lap top. Is there a place I can download the 2x4 set up file?

When my computer had to be replaced, I went to a small shop that built gaming systems and asked to clone my dead system and he did just that. Everything came right up when I set it up in my shop.
