z axis going up and down on its own

I have a practicle table with servos, win-cnc. my problem is with the z axis. It wants to go up and down on its own. Just randomly does this. has anyone had any problems like this and if so, know the problem? Thanks jay

I had a problem with that on my PCNC table the first year it got cold. It was a grounding issue. I figured that the bottom of the feet got iced over and were not touching the ground maybe..... I dunno... I ran a ground wire from the table to a good earth ground and it never happened again.
