Cannot connect to update server error

Anyone know why most of the time I cannot use the SheetCam update feature. Attached is the dialog message that I get when I try to update my SheetCam. Then once in a while when I simply open SheetCam it decides it wants to do an update. Otherwise how can I update my system without losing all my settings is another question I would like to ask? Especially if that computer is not connected onto the internet.

Just download the file from the site and install it. I've done this a few times on my non-internet connected computer and it doesn't lose the settings.

Down load to memory stick and copy file to SheetCAM PC unzip and run the installer. It sees older versions and does not change the settings.
