My cut paths are not cutting all the way so pieces are not falling out?

Gonna need more info than that...
Plasma cutter, amperage, tips, speed, type of metal, thickness, software used, table brand, color of underwear, torch height... Stuff like that.

Plasma cutter, 45 amps, Hypertherm, z-104.5, pickeled and oiled 14 gauge, Design Edge, Plasma Cam, 0.06.....and Life is to short to wear underwear.

What is your overcut set to on the cut paths? How "short" are you coming up on the cuts- is it just a tiny bit left, or are they stopping an inch short of the end of the cut?

Was not clicked, but now clicked and at 0.04 on both min and max
