What type of paint is this?

Hi, wondering how this effect is done and if it may be a special powder coat. Thanks for any advice.

Usually called a hammertone, textured or vein paint.

Thanks for the reply Gamelord, I have tried the Rustolem hammered finish but never get a real good look like the above image. I haven't attempted powder coating .....yet

It looks like US penny vein powdercoat.

use the rustolem in a quart can NOT spray can. Roll a light coat on with a 3/8" regular house paint roller. wait 45-90 mins. it will look like crap. then go over it with a medium coat with the roller. It does some weird stuff as it dries but it will look close to that

Copper vein powder coat also! There are several colors and it always looks that good.
