How do you convert a Plasma Cam file so it can be seen on an e-mail?

1) Convert it to a pdf by means of a "pdf printer", such as pdfCreator (www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator), send the pdf as an attachment, or:
2) Do a screen capture, paste it to MSPaint, select the area you want to show up in the e-mail, right-click to copy the selection, paste it on the e-mail message.
