One beeeeellion dollars.

Seriously though, you give us basically no information to go on. What's your metal cost? Did you have to draw the design, and if so, how long did that take? What's the square inches of material used? Inches of cut? Number of pierces? I would need those for a start.

Like motoguy said. The more info you give the more responses you will get. With the supplied info it looks like you used 2 full 4x8 sheets of steel, what kind or gauge I don't know. It looks like you may be cutting stainless or alum. but I don't know. I would have to say depending on the material used, somewhere between $300 and $500. Looking forward to your response.

If you do a job report in sheetcam it shows how many pierces and inches in it.

I get .15 per Pierce and .10 per cut inch plus $60 per hour design time and usually charge a 1 hour min. unless it is very simple and I can do in a minute or two then sometimes ,depending on the customer I will only charge a have hour $30. That would be per design not per sheet cut.

WHAT DID YOU CHARGE THEM ?

using the numbers you gave me, it came to $286 for pierce and inches, plus design fees

then I hit it on the head just shooting from the hip then. cause I charged him $300 for the cutting, $25 per drawing, and charged him a $50 art few cause the lady that does his art work for his logo WOULD NOT give me the vector file, just a eps file so I had to fix the art work just to use it. does anybody charge a consumable fee?

Pierce charges (0.15 per) usually cover my plasma consumables. Flap discs or any after cut processes are billed accordingly.
