Attached is the Finecut - through PM85 tool list I put together, for Hypertherm units. This is from the manual for my PM85. Finecut slow and regular speed, 45A, 65A, 85A (some 105A, but I didn't add/complete them) in steel, stainless and AL.
There's a 45A 3/16 tool called "no bevel" or some such...it's one my machine likes for 3/16 steel. Also, the FineCut are set at .09 pierce height, .075 cut height, per Jim Colt's advice. Everything else should be right on book spec. Had to zip the file to get it to load as an attachment.
I noticed that many of the tools in the supplied CandCNC file I used were incorrect (incorrect kerf width, speeds, etc), so I spent some time one afternoon creating this. Each block is allocated 20 tool slots. That leaves room for the book settings AND some custom settings per tool block. I thought some others may find this useufl.

Re: Hypertherm fine cuth through 85A toolset, book specs.
Just found this.
Thank you VERY much for your work!
I upgraded from a PM1000 To a PM85.
There's a world of difference in the cut quality.
Thanks again,
Tim

Here's an updated version, with 45A cut rules from the 45XP manual:
