Just wondering if anyone else has a miller spectrum 875 plasma mine will pierce and cut just a little then shut off and the pressure light is blinking I've tried eliminating all clogged filters and such and still does it driving me crazy!
Any ideas?

Re: Anybody have a Miller 875?
I had one, it was a little more heavy duty than my hypertherm. The only problem I ever had was the arc transfer signal and sometimes would shut it down. Are you using a hand or machine torch? If you need a machine torch for it let me know.
It sounds like an air supply issue but possibly something clogged internally. Do you have a pressure gauge at the rear input? That would tell you if the air supply was sufficient entering the machine. Maybe a faulty air pressure switch? Does it cut fine by hand?

I had the same problem with my 875
It turns out the regulator I was using did not have the volume sometimes to start the torch and would Triger a air pressure light
I replaced with a lager reg and works fine now
