Hypertherm PM65 error code 0-19

My machine has been down since Wednesday with error code 0-19.. changes to 0-99 after awhile ..
after phone with tech at HT we go thru trouble shoot test 5 on flyback circuit .. seems to conclude that DSP board is the issue .. overnight and replace on friday but no fix so back on phone and again conclude pressure switch is culprit .. again overnight w Saturday delivery and replace but doesn't seem to help ... after piddlin off and on machine comes on with no error code 0-19 so Im thinkin success .. Ha .. short lived as I cut for perhaps 30 min thinkin Im gonna catch up on back log over weekend ... wrong .. machine throws code 0-19 again and has yet to re set without code .. obviously I will be on Tech support Monday but jus wonderin if ANYBODY can shed some light on my dilemma ??? overnightin and down time , is killin me ..lol ..
